This in-depth analysis is intended to offer valuable insights that will guide the company's future actions.
The results of the review will be used to inform the Board of Directors' decision-making process regarding the future of the ORC program. This decision will be made based on the recommendations of the Special Committee. Craig Joyce has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the North American energy industry. Prior to joining Questor, Joyce served as General Manager, Americas at M-Flow Technologies. In that role, he concentrated on business development in Western Canada and the Permian Basin, enhancing partnerships with operators, engineering and procurement companies (EPCs), and distributors while encouraging the adoption of process measurement technologies.
Joyce's career also includes senior commercial roles at several well-established companies, such as Perma-Pipe Canada, Divestco, XI Technologies, and Black Diamond Group. Throughout these roles, he has consistently developed key accounts, negotiated strategic agreements with major energy producers, and achieved revenue growth by offering solution-based selling approaches. He is known for his ability to tackle complex technical issues and create practical business strategies, as well as for building lasting customer relationships across the energy industry.
