Cisco Lithium Project Overview

The Cisco Lithium Project is located in the James Bay region of Québec, within the traditional territory of the Eeyou Istchee. Its strategic placement allows for access to rail infrastructure near the town of Matagami, as well as connections to deep seaports. These transport advantages make the project a key focus for lithium development in Canada.

The deposit currently has an inferred resource of 295 million tonnes grading 1.36% Li2O. This includes a pit-constrained resource of 270 million tonnes and an underground-constrained resource of 24 million tonnes. The resource estimates are based on cut-off grades of 0.4% and 0.7% Li2O, respectively.

The deposit remains open for further discovery along strike, and multiple high-priority exploration targets have been identified across the 41,253-hectare project area. Q2 is currently conducting the 2026 exploration program to refine data, expand understanding, and identify new areas of potential.

The 2026 exploration efforts include infill drilling to better define the main deposit and evaluate expansion opportunities in surrounding zones. These initiatives are part of the company's broader strategy to increase confidence in the project's resource potential and support future development planning.

Q2 is preparing for the completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment, a critical step in moving the Cisco Lithium Project forward. This assessment will help determine the project's economic viability and guide future development decisions.

In addition to technical progress, the company is planning to attend industry conferences and events to expand its network and engage with key stakeholders. These activities will support Q2's visibility in the sector and its goals for project advancement.

Tremblay's arrival marks a new phase in the company's journey. With his experience and the existing technical team, Q2 is well-positioned to advance the Cisco Lithium Project and build toward long-term value creation for shareholders.
