A slim form factor with powerful battery
The Honor Play 11 Pro entered the market with a body thickness of 7.34 mm, housing a large 7,000 mAh battery and supporting 45 W wired charging. The battery's durability is claimed to retain 80% of its original capacity after 1,000 charging cycles.
Despite the slim body, the smartphone maintains a weight of 185 grams, matching the Play 11 Plus. Honor managed to include the high-capacity battery without compromising the phone's size, making it suitable for users who prioritize long battery life.
Display technology and internal specs
The Play 11 Pro uses a 6.6-inch 1.5K OLED flat display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 6,500 nits. Unlike the Play 11 Plus with an AMOLED display, the Pro model features an OLED panel for a different viewing experience.
Internally, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6500 chipset, with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It runs on the Android 16-based MagicOS 10, but details about software updates are not provided.
Camera and design features
The Honor Play 11 Pro has a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor and an additional unknown sensor, paired with an 8 MP front camera. The phone shares the same unibody metal frame and offers IP66 water and dust resistance as the Play 11 Plus.
It also holds the SGS five-star drop resistance certification, ensuring durability in real-world usage. The device is available in sunrise gold, midnight black, and moon silver, offering users a choice in color options.
