DePaul University Athletics Launches 'The DePaul 500' Women's Basketball Season Ticket Campaign
DePaul Blue Demons of Chicago are preparing for a strong start to the 2026-27 women's basketball season by launching a campaign to sell 500 season tickets ahead of the Nov. 3 opener. Titled The DePaul 500, the initiative seeks to energize support for the team under head coach Jill M. Pizzotti, who is entering her second full season as leader.
Season ticket options start at $125 and offer four different seating levels for fans. The campaign also gives supporters the chance to sponsor a $125 seat for a local youth, veteran, or community member. These sponsorships contribute directly to the Doug Bruno Fund for Basketball Excellence, a key financial resource for the program.
Updates on the progress toward the 500-ticket goal will be posted online at DePaulBlueDemons.com, where tickets can also be reserved. DeWayne Peevy, DePaul's Senior Vice President and Director of Athletics, said the initiative invites fans to take an active role in the team's journey. 'We want our fans right there with us, one seat, one supporter at a time,' Peevy said.
Pizzotti highlighted the importance of fan engagement, noting the impact of a full arena during game nights. 'I want our fans to feel that energy with us at every game this season,' she said. More details can be found by contacting DePaul’s ticket office at tickets@depaul.edu or calling (773) 325-7527.
