Brady Corporation Completes Acquisition of Honeywell Technologies’ Productivity Solutions Business
Brady Corporation has finalized a $1.4 billion acquisition of Honeywell Technologies' Productivity Solutions and Services business. The PSS unit, which generated $1.1 billion in sales in 2025, brings mobile computing, scanning, RFID, and workflow software capabilities to Brady’s portfolio. This acquisition expands Brady’s offerings to include mobile devices and software used in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and industrial operations.
The funding for the deal came from a combination of cash reserves, a senior unsecured credit facility, and private placement debt. This approach allowed Brady to preserve its liquidity and maintain financial flexibility to support ongoing operations and future growth initiatives. The strategic move positions Brady to serve a broader range of industries and customers with enhanced, integrated solutions.
Brady projects that the PSS business will contribute approximately $0.80 per share to its Adjusted Diluted Earnings Per Share within the first year after the acquisition. The newly acquired segment will operate under the Intelligent Productivity Solutions category, complementing Brady’s existing Identification Solutions segment.
CEO Vineet Nargolwala highlighted the transformative nature of the deal, stating it marks a new chapter for Brady as it solidifies its position as a global industrial technology leader. He noted that the combination of Brady and PSS creates a company with unmatched capabilities in identification, safety, connectivity, and intelligent workflow solutions.
The acquisition also adds over 3,000 employees from the PSS business to Brady’s workforce. Nargolwala emphasized that despite the company’s expanded scale, its core values remain unchanged: delivering trusted products, maintaining operational discipline, and creating value for all stakeholders. The integration of PSS aligns Brady with evolving industry trends, including automation, digital connectivity, and smarter production environments.
