A Tuesday rush of Android app and game deals caught users with sharp price cuts. Strategy titles, survival simulations, and role-playing games all dropped in price. Among them, the turn-based strategy Sea of Stars is now $7 instead of $10. Doom & Destiny Worlds and its sequel each fall to $1.50. These drops are not isolated—more than a dozen other titles followed similar patterns.
Hardware bundles see steep cuts
Alongside the app deals, Samsung offers Galaxy Z Fold 8 pre-orders with $100 off and a free $200 credit. Those shopping in August can combine those offers with deals from Best Buy, where a Lenovo tablet bundle drops to $150. Google Pixel 10a starts at $385, now $115 cheaper than the usual price.
More price drops in the app lineup
The RPG Soul Huntress: RPG Premium is now free instead of $1. Several chapters from the Meridian 157 series are also discounted, each at half the usual cost. Casual games like This Is Fine (Cards Survival) drop to $2 from $3. For those looking for free titles, Skel and Defense is a budget pick at $0.75. These deep discounts extend to adventure titles like Nerd Survivors, which is now $1 versus $3 normally. Caves of Lore cuts to $2 from $8, while legacy titles such as Legacy of Elaed and Exemplars of Elaed each fall to just $0.50, a steep cut from their $1.50 asking price.
The Vault of the Void drops to $3.50, down from $7, while Gambonanza is now $4.25 from $6. For action-packed play, Slime Craft: Perfect RTS Game is only $0.25, a big change from the $1.50 standard price. Strategy and survival fans can take advantage of Meridian 157: Chapter 1 for $1 and Chapter 2 for $1.50, both at half their regular rates. Even narrative-focused titles like Not Exactly A Hero and Charlie in Underworld are each down to $0.50, a sharp contrast to the $4 they normally cost.
Deals also cover mystery and horror fans, with Murders on Budapest and Underworld Office both at $0.50. The Ancestral Legacy and A Story of A Company join the ranks of similarly priced games, each now at $0.50. Romance seekers can explore Romantic HOLIC: Otome game for the same price. These sales reflect a broader trend in the Android app market, offering users a chance to stock up on top games and apps at a fraction of the usual price.
Hardware buyers can also benefit. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Ultra models offer up to $1,230 off with trade-ins, while the Fold 8 model also allows users to choose between a $200 credit or a $30 credit. The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is discounted up to $600 with trade-ins. Accessories such as the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 get up to $250 off with trade-ins and a free $100 credit.
